This annual event is hosted by the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO), of which CAIR is a founding member. The event connects national, regional, and state Muslim organizations and community members with their elected representatives in Congress. The advocacy day will focus on promoting a legislative agenda in support of equality and social justice for all Americans.
A total of over 700 delegates is anticipated. Let's make sure our voices as Muslims in Alabama are heard. In the current political climate, it is imperative for our community to show a strong presence on Capitol Hill. We must connect directly with our lawmakers to advocate for our rights as American Muslims.
You can play a vital role in standing up for these rights. Join us.
